This is a proposed new mixed-use high-rise development to be accommodated in the heart of the CBD of Parramatta.  

This 62-storey development will consist of a large commercial precinct, as well as childcare facility and more than 50 storeys of residential units.  

AED has been engaged to provide specialist access review and advice during the design development to ensure that the design meets all relevant Building Code of Australia and Australian Standard requirement. This will ensure that the development can achieve both Development Consent and be designed to be a fully compliant building with suitable access for people with a disability for all future occupants.
