Recently shortlisted as a finalist in the World Architecture Festival 2022 for Future Projects – Residential, the development is woven seamlessly into the heritage conservation suburb of Ashbury. The three-bedroom multi-level terraces and one, two and three-bedroom designer apartments are all designed to maximise space and sunlight, with many boasting generous views extending towards Sydney’s CBD.

Scope: Demolition of all existing structures, excavation, site remediation, new road, removal of 23 trees, site landscaping and construction of 59 terraces, 3 penthouses and residential flat buildings accommodating 76 units over a single level basement car park.

AED were engaged to provide BCA services which included issuing construction certificates, undertaking critical stage building inspections and issuing occupation certificates for the development in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
