AED was engaged to undertake an audit of the existing buildings located within the Callan Park precinct, Rozelle.  

The audit was to review the existing buildings to assess compliance with the fire and life safety provisions of the BCA. The audit included a determination of the works required for necessary upgrade and a ranking system of high, medium, and low to assist the project team of upgrade priority.
