AED carried out an audit of over 50 Fifty Department of Justice Buildings throughout Sydney metro west. This audit was required to confirm the current level of compliance for each building in accordance with Sections C, D and E of the National Construction Code 2016 Amendment 1 (NCC), excluding NCC Part D3 which relates to accessibility for people with disabilities.

In addition to this, AED was required to review the Annual Fire Statements by establishing a baseline of current fire safety measures, and what corrective action, if any, is required to achieve minimum compliance with the existing Performance Measures with a view to possibly upgrade the services in the future.
