The Metcalfe Bond building is a heritage building located in The Rocks, Sydney  

AED Fire were engaged as part of the Level 1 fit out works to include a distillery and restaurant area. Fire Safety Engineering services were provided to address the departures from the Building Code of Australia, to review the existing measures and where necessary, to upgrade certain fire safety measures as applicable for the fit out within the heritage building. This included the fire separation between the distillery and restaurant area and of the fit out from the remainder of the building.
