AED was engaged to undertake an audit of the fire separation of dwellings located within the Millers Point social housing precinct.  

The audit included a schedule of required upgrade works to comply with the relevant provisions of the Building Code. Working directly with NSW Land and Housing, AED Fire Engineers and fire protection specialist contractors, the project provided NSW Land and Housing the necessary comfort that the dwellings were sold off with an appropriate level of protection.
