Situated on Baxter Road, Moxy Sydney Airport will feature 301 rooms, the signature Moxy Bar and check in experience, a café and all-day dining venue, conference and meeting rooms, guest laundry and gymnasium. 

Project Scope: Demolition of existing structures and construction of two 2 x twelve (12) storey hotels, being a 300-room hotel on Lot 2 and a 288-room hotel on Lot 3; restaurant and bar on Level 11 of Lot 3, roof top terraces with associated site works, landscaping and signage zones 

AED has been engaged to provide building certification services which includes the issuing of construction certificates, undertaking critical stage building inspections and issuing occupation certificates for the development in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979
