This school has been designed for students with a moderate level of Intellectual delay or who have Autism Spectrum Disorder. The project entailed the construction of an administration building, classrooms, amenities and offices. 

The exterior courtyard includes gated fencing keeping students safe throughout the day. A major visible aspect of the build was 750 sandstone logs lining the carpark and retaining wall of the new development.  

The new home of New Hope School will include 3 new buildings with 6 classrooms, staff accommodation and a new on-grade carpark with 65 spaces. 

AED were engaged to provide BCA services which included issuing construction certificates, undertaking critical stage building inspections and issuing occupation certificates for the development in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
