Redevelopment of the St Anthony’s of Padua Catholic School. The works include the construction of a four-storey school building (central hub) comprising general learning spaces, science facilities, administration spaces, outdoor learning spaces and library, remediation to groundworks for the construction of two (2) sporting ovals and six (6) sport courts, construction of a mini hall and auditorium spaces, external works including a community garden, carparks and other ancillary buildings and facilities.  

 AED were engaged to provide certification services which included issuing construction certificates, undertaking critical stage building inspections and issuing occupation certificates for the development in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979
